Commercial Copper Coils have some notable features such as erosion/ abrasion/ corrosion resistance, crevice and pitting corrosion cracking. Because of these features, these coils easily fabricated. This grade has higher weldability and workability. Moreover, it is weldable with all standard welding operations such as resistance welding, arc welding, TIG, MIG and more. The machining of this grade requires low controlling standard machines and adequate depth cut. These are processed from design codes and international standards. These coils are known for the erosion and corrosion resistance properties under the mild cyclic conditions. The copper grade has higher thermal stability and ability to carry electric potential. The copper grade has also anti-biofouling properties. Moreover, it has the ability to form a protective layer on its surface.
